Crystal Sciarini is a Naturopathic Doctor and clinical counselor who helps individuals and couples experience whole-person healing: emotionally, spiritually, and physically. She understands that life’s injustices, losses, and disappointments can shake one’s trust in themselves, others, and God. Crystal provides a safe, supportive, and faith-integrated space for clients who are ready to move from confusion to clarity and from surviving to thriving.

Education and Experience

Crystal earned her Doctorate in Naturopathy in 2020, where she began her work in helping individuals pursue physical wellness. Through this journey, she recognized that true healing also requires attention to the mind and spirit. This led her to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2024) and a Master’s in Human Services Counseling with a focus on Military Resilience (2025).


Crystal is a certified facilitator in both Save Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) and Prepare/Enrich, allowing her to serve premarital and married couples seeking insight, restoration, and stronger relational foundations. She has experience supporting individuals and couples navigating emotional challenges, relational strain, spiritual questions, and seasons of transition.

Clinical Approach

Crystal believes in the transformative power of wise counsel, drawing from Proverbs 24:6 as a guiding principle. She integrates evidence-based counseling practices with a Christian worldview to help clients understand their emotions, strengthen resilience, grow spiritually, and cultivate healthy relationships.


Her therapeutic approach includes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, person-centered therapy, and mind-body principles informed by her naturopathic background. Crystal helps clients process past experiences, identify patterns, and develop practical skills that promote healing, balance, and long-term growth.

Special Focus: Premarital & Marital Counseling

Crystal specializes in helping couples build strong, Christ-centered relationships. Through SYMBIS and Prepare/Enrich assessments, she equips couples with tools to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate challenges with wisdom and unity. Her goal is to help couples cultivate relationships that reflect God’s design for love, partnership, and purpose.
