Clinical Approach

She believes talk therapy is one of the best ways to help a person gain a better understanding of their emotions, identify roadblocks and obstacles to optimal mental health, overcome anxiety, cope with stress, process previous traumatic experiences and to pinpoint triggers. She uses a variety of counseling modalities including a biopsychosocial model and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while incorporating elements of Solution-focused and person-centered therapy. For those that are struggling with past trauma she uses CPT to reduce symptoms and improve daily life.
