We’re a Christian group private practice in Keller, TX, seeking licensed professional therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who are passionate about emotional and spiritual restoration. Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking independently licensed counselors who feel called to walk alongside clients in healing and transformation.

Ideal Candidates Are:

• Spirit-led, emotionally healthy, and passionate about Christian counseling

• Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (Master’s or Doctoral level)

• Competent to serve diverse populations: children, teens, adults, couples, and families

• Comfortable integrating faith and clinical practice

• Committed to long-term community and professional growth

• Excellent in communication, organization, and time management

• Personally pursuing spiritual and emotional wholeness

We are not accepting Associate or Limited License Interns at this time.

Position Details:

We offer both full-time (W2) and part-time (1099) opportunities.

Full-Time (W2) Counselors

• 35-40 hours per week

• Salary plus monthly healthcare stipend

• Paid Time Off + Holidays

• Steady caseload provided

• Eligible for CEU reimbursement and ongoing training
• Professional liability insurance, work number, and email provided

Part-Time (1099) Counselors

• 15–25 client sessions per week

• Split Fee structure (we handle marketing, billing, credentialing, and admin)

• Option to provide sessions in-person or online (within Texas)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling consistent with Redefine’s mission and ethical standards

• Must carry a malpractice insurance policy for 1,000,000/3,000,000 aggregate coverage and maintain state licensure in Texas.

• Complete timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in our EMR system

• Attend team meetings and peer consultation groups

• Participate in quarterly and annual reviews and team development events

• Maintain professional appearance and uphold Redefine’s values and dress code

• Comply with Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council regulations

Redefine is a group of licensed psychotherapists who provide counseling and consulting services for individuals, couples, children, teens and families, with a specialization in Christian counseling. Our office is based in Keller, TX and we offer both in person and telehealth services.
